CV Generator is operated by Cloudium AB, a company based in Sweden. Website: cloudium.se.
We collect your email address, display name, password (stored as a hashed value), CV content, and uploaded images.
We process personal data to perform our contract with you (provide CV Generator services) and for legitimate interests such as service security and reliability.
Your data is used for account management, CV generation, AI processing via Azure OpenAI, and transactional email delivery through SendGrid.
We use Microsoft Azure (Sweden Central), Azure OpenAI for AI functionality, and SendGrid for email delivery.
Active account data is kept while your account exists. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
Under GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction, and objection. Contact us at privacy@cloudium.se.
You can delete your account from the Settings page. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion.

Data is primarily processed within the EU (Azure Sweden Central). SendGrid may process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses.
We protect data with TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and secret management through Azure Key Vault.
