By accessing or using CV Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service.
CV Generator is a SaaS platform that helps users create professional CVs and related job application content.
You are responsible for maintaining credential security, providing accurate information, and using only one account per person.
You must not upload illegal content, scrape the platform, abuse AI features, or impersonate another person or entity.
You retain ownership of your CV content. Cloudium AB owns the platform, templates, and AI systems. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all generated content before use.
You may delete your account from Settings. Data enters a 30-day grace period and is then permanently deleted.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not provide uptime guarantees for the free tier.
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Cloudium AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be handled by Swedish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
